Blown fibre solutions, from John Guest

UK based push-in fittings, pipe and plastic plumbing manufacturer, John Guest, will showcase a range of blown fibre fittings. The products, which have been specially designed for the telecommunications market, are designed for use in local loop, network and customer box applications.
The extensive range of push-fit connectors covers both blown fibre and cable pressurisation systems and includes gas and water block fittings. The simple to use connectors help ensure that installations can be completed quickly and reliably.
Fibres/Cables can be blown through most connectors in either direction. To make a connection the tube should be simply pushed into the fitting, while the unique John Guest locking system then seals and connects the microduct tube providing a seamless path for unhindered fibre bundle or cable passage.
For additional security, i.e. direct buried applications, the ‘Speedfit Secure’ range incorporates an integral collet-locking feature.
