Kaiam Corporation, a leader in 40G transceivers, announces that it is now shipping 100G QSFP28 CWDM4 transceivers in volume to cloud datacentres. “We are proud to have been chosen by multiple top datacentre customers for both 40G and 100G,” said CEO Bardia Pezeshki, “but we aren’t resting on our laurels. We are committed to supporting the market as its needs continue to accelerate.” Kaiam’s roadmap includes innovations for 100G and beyond.
At OFC 2016, the company will be showing a live demonstration of a second generation 100G module based on Silicon Photonics.
